The rate for owner occupiers paying principal & interest (P&I) is now 1.89% (3.51% p.a. comparison rate*).

Greater Bank also increased a suite of other home loan rates, with some more noteworthy ones including:

  • Great Rate Fixed 2 Years: 20 basis point increase to 2.19% p.a. (3.41% p.a. comparison rate*)
  • Great Rate Fixed 3 Years: 20 basis point increase to 2.74% p.a. (3.44% p.a. comparison rate*)

And for investors:

  • Great Rate Fixed 1 Year: 30 basis point increase to 2.19% p.a. (3.88% p.a. comparison rate*)
  • Great Rate Fixed 2 Years: 20 basis point increase to 2.49% p.a. (3.78% p.a. comparison rate*)
  • Great Rate Fixed 3 Years: 20 basis point increase to 2.99% p.a. (3.78% p.a. comparison rate*)
