4.45pm: CBA share price seems mostly unaffected by today so far, with a daily drop of just 0.59%.
4.30pm: No further word from CBA while presumably it works to restore services. When something similar happened in 2019, affected customers were gifted a $50 deposit by way of apology, so if you've been impacted you might end up getting a bit of compensation.
4.10pm: The bank is 'deeply sorry' for the inconvenience caused to customers, and says there may be delays as issues are fixed.

2.30pm: Inside sources suggest the bank have told staff that customers are the priority, and will have issues addressed first.
2pm: NAB says it is aware of issues its customers are having with PayID transfers to CBA accounts.

12pm: Update on the CBA website highlights volume of customer service calls, and tells customers to expect longer than usual wait times.
11.30am: CBA twitter says branches are open, but to expect delays.

11am: The Commonwealth Bank says it is aware of customers having problems accessing its online banking and phone services, and is working to figure out the problem.
11am: Many customers are reporting problems with accessing CBA banking services, while reports suggest staff are unable to get on to the CBA portal. Reports of customers locked out of their accounts and unable to access their money.
What services are down?
Some users have been unable to access the Commbank and Commsec apps, while others are having issues with the Netbank and Commsec websites. There also have been reports of problems with CBA ATMs.
